All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear trail-ready:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing for international orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t meet your expectations – just like that unexpected rainstorm on what was supposed to be a sunny hike. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as straightforward as pitching one of our freestanding tents.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • First Aid products (opened or unopened)
  • Food & Nutrition items

All other products in our inventory are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps – clearer than a well-marked trail:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours (faster than boiling water on a camp stove) with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Phoenix warehouse (address provided in authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size, color, or product? No problem! The exchange process follows the same steps as a return. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship your replacement using your preferred shipping method.

International Returns

For our global adventurers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (which we work hard to prevent), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
